For over three years, I have run my own HRtech startup—Mentiway (a platform that facilitates easy implementation, running, and monitoring of mentoring in any type of organization)—where I am responsible for business, marketing, and sales.
Previously, I worked in online marketing, last as Co-Managing Director at Bluerank.
I am an active person, enjoying running, cycling, and especially mountain hiking. I have completed routes including Tour de Mont Blanc, Walkers Haute Route, Alta Via 2, as well as Polish trails like the Main Świętokrzyski Trail and Little Beskid Trail. I relax with the works of Stanisław Lem and sci-fi films.
