"Power of Community" is a unique mentoring programme of Lodz University of Technology, which was created as part of the celebrations of the 80th jubilee of our university. We believe that the jubilee is not only an opportunity to celebrate, but also a time for reflection and action aimed at building a strong, united academic community, open to cooperation and support. "Power of Community" programme is our step towards integration and joint development - we connect generations to support the future!
Our motto
“Together into the future!” – this is not only the programme’s slogan, but also an expression of our philosophy. We believe that joint actions have the greatest power, and that support and cooperation build solid foundations for future successes.
Why was Lodz University of Technology's mentoring programme "Power of Community" created?
The 80 years of history of Lodz University of Technology are hundreds of thousands of graduates and students who create a dynamic and diverse community. "Power of Community" was created to create a space in which younger generations can draw on the experiences of their predecessors – graduates of our university. Through mentoring, we want to enable the exchange of knowledge and inspiration, as well as the establishment of lasting relationships that will pay off throughout life.
Who is it intended for?
The programme is aimed at:
- Students of Lodz University of Technology – people who are looking for inspiration, career advice and support at various stages of their development,
- Graduates of Lodz University of Technology – people with extensive experience who want to pass on their knowledge and support future generations.
