For Mentors – How to Get Involved?

Would you like to join the “Power of Community” programme and share your knowledge and experience with the younger generation? This is a great decision! To become a mentor, just follow a few simple steps:

1. Contact Lodz University of Technology Careers Office
   If you would like detailed information about the programme and requirements, please contact our team in the Careers Office directly. We are available at the e-mail address: mentoring@info.p.lodz.pl and by phone: +48 42 631-20-98. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the role of a Mentor, the recruitment process and the programme.
2. Go through the verification process
   Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure the highest quality of mentoring. Verification includes checking your experience and matching you to the programme profile. After positive verification, our team will invite you to act as a mentor and send you an application form.
3. Fill out the application form
   After contacting the Careers Office, you will receive an application form that will help us learn about your experience, specialization and expectations related to the programme. You can also indicate your preference regarding the number of Mentees on the form.
4. Get to know your mentee and start working together
   Once you qualify for the programme, we'll match you with a mentee whose needs and goals best match your experience. The mentoring programme will begin with an initial meeting, where you will establish the principles of cooperation and goals for the coming months.
