My name is Rita and I have worked in international IT corporations for over 16 years. I found my first job through the TUL Careers Office and developed in project management at Hexagon, aligned with my education at the Faculty of Organization and Management. I have encountered several mentors in Management and Engineering, which helped me focus on technological innovation and complex global projects. I have worked in Switzerland, USA, Brazil, Australia, Sweden, and for six years I have been applying and developing my knowledge in fintech. At Fiserv, I worked on pioneering SoftPOS payment solution, participated in creating Visa’s Tech Hub in Poland, and recently built a project management team at Global Payments Tech Hub, where I serve as Program Management Director.
