Studied at Lodz University of Technology (1995–2005), culminating in a PhD in chemistry. After graduation, I worked in departments focused on design and development of materials and products in the rubber and thermoplastic elastomer industry. My first position involved designing rubber compounds for hose production. My second job involved designing production processes and formulating rubber compounds for belts. In this role, I became interested in rubber recycling and carried out my first recycling project, including building a facility. I now work in the area of material development for automotive seals, dealing also with thermoplastic elastomers, adhesives, paints, and other substances used in manufacturing. I also participate in recycling projects involving thermoplastics and rubber.
