For over 15 years, I have specialized in digital marketing, with an emphasis on managing advertising campaigns in social media. I am the Director of the Social Media Department at the advertising agency Tower Group, where I am responsible for coordinating campaigns in 11 countries, run in 6 languages, for clients in sectors such as IT, medical, construction, and interior design. In my work, I combine strategic experience with practical management of teams, budgets, and advertising tools. I have extensive competencies in creating marketing strategies, data analysis, and project optimization, which allow me to effectively achieve set goals.
Additionally, as a certified trainer with over 700 teaching hours, I conduct trainings in social media, online advertising, and personal branding for both companies and individuals. I have experience organizing strategic workshops and working with marketing teams, which enables me to effectively develop the skills of my clients and colleagues. My activities have repeatedly contributed to increasing brand recognition and achieving their business goals. I also run my own business focused specifically on training.
I have served as Chair of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Organization and Management at TUL, Promotion Coordinator for the Łódź Juwenalia student festival, and Scout Leader of the ZHP unit in Łask.
