I am an IT Project and Program Manager with extensive experience in project management and collaboration in an international environment. I graduated from Lodz University of Technology and École Polytechnique in France, which allowed me to combine strong technical preparation with a global perspective.
I currently work at McCormick & Company as IT Project Manager and PMO Operations Management Lead, responsible for leading IT projects, coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, and developing project management processes on a global scale. Previously, I gained experience at Procter & Gamble, supporting transformational and implementation projects that combine technology and business processes.
My experience includes end-to-end IT project management, business process analysis, implementation of new technological solutions, and building and motivating teams in a diverse, international environment. In my work, I focus on effective communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and a practical approach to achieving objectives.
