I am a specialist and manager with over 8 years of experience in the key biotechnology and biopharmaceutical sector. As Head of Analytics Development at Mabion S.A., I lead a team of over a dozen people. Our mission is to ensure that new biological drugs—from structural characterization to safety assessment and clinical parameters—are developed fully in compliance with global standards (EMA/FDA), enabling their safe market introduction.
My career path is a practical example of combining science with industry. Knowledge gained during studies, including at RWTH Aachen (Erasmus+) and internships (UNESP Botucatu), I applied in globally significant projects. I had the honor to participate in technology transfer and in works on the COVID-19 vaccine (Novavax) and biosimilars development.
My passion is team development. Since 2020, I have consciously invested in leadership skills, which is evidenced by completion of the Leader Academy (internal, year-long program at Mabion S.A.) and the Manager Academy (EY). This knowledge allows me to support talents and build strong teams.
