Inauguration of the Mentoring Program “ Power of Community” at the Technical University of Lodz

On March 6, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the first edition of the “Power of Community” Mentoring Program, implemented as part of the 80th anniversary celebrations of the Technical University of Lodz, took place at the Sports Bay of the Technical University of Lodz. The event brought together mentors - Lodz University of Technology graduates and students, who started their mentoring journey together.

During the inauguration, the first meeting of mentoring pairs took place, and the mentors received commemorative statues to thank them for their commitment and willingness to support their younger colleagues in their professional development. Participants also took part in an introductory workshop that helped them better understand the role and importance of mentoring.

The “Power of Community” program is a unique initiative of the Technical University of Lodz, aimed at building strong ties between students and experienced graduates, sharing knowledge and developing the competence of future leaders. The implementation of the program in its anniversary year emphasizes the importance of the academic community and the involvement of alumni in the development of the next generation of Lodz University of Technology students.
