I am a leader with over 18 years of experience in Lean Management, process optimization, production management, and cross-functional collaboration. I currently serve as Business Process Development Expert at Hitachi Energy, where I am responsible for implementing strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.
I continuously develop my skills through specialized trainings, industry conferences, and postgraduate studies. I have extensive experience managing projects, trainings, and workshops focused on increasing operational efficiency, building high-performance teams, and executing strategic initiatives in sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, food, and automotive. I have contributed to projects impacting key production performance indicators and the introduction of new technologies, machines, and products.
I am committed to leadership development—in 2023, I completed postgraduate studies in "Organizational Coaching and Mentoring" at the University of Łódź. Since then, I actively support others in discovering and developing their potential through coaching and mentoring in both business and academic environments.
Privately, I enjoy tending my garden, traveling, and personal growth through reading, learning, and seeking new inspiration. I believe personal and professional development is a lifelong process that brings me great satisfaction.
