I am a fifth-generation Lodz resident and a graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. I spent a year studying Business Management and Organization at the University of Clermont-Ferrand in France under the Socrates-Erasmus program.
I have connected my professional career with a passion for continuous process improvement and quality assurance. For ten years I have worked as Continuous Improvement Manager at Hutchinson Poland, in a plant producing aviation seals. Privately, I am a happy father of three and love traveling.
