I graduated from TUL, IFE, specializing in Gestion et Technologie (studies conducted in French). In my third year, I participated in the Erasmus program, spending an academic year at ESC Chambéry in France. I completed an MBA — Formation Franco-Polonaise de Gestion at the University of Łódź. I started working during my studies as an intern in Purchasing, where I learned about automotive requirements for series production component approvals (PPAP). Later, as a quality engineer, I handled OEM client complaints and prepared process documentation for vibration-damping product manufacturing. I progressed as quality coordinator, developing leadership skills managing quality engineers and a laboratory. Along the way, I learned to implement Problem Solving tools to improve manufacturing processes and meet customer requirements.
Several years’ experience in operational quality led to new challenges, including Customer Service leadership, representing the company in client audits, and Director’s authorization to manage the company’s Quality System.
I am a certified VDA 6.3 auditor, which I use daily in internal audits and supplier work.
