Graduate of Lodz University of Technology. After graduation, he started his career in finance and risk management. Over the years, and as market trends changed, he became more and more involved in topics related to managing IT projects and teams.
He is currently a Director (Chapter Lead) at the Commerzbank technology center in Łódź, where he leads a team of over 40 people and implements development projects.
