I graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering at Lodz University of Technology and completed engineering studies in Denmark. My career began in Ireland, then I gained experience in Poland, the Netherlands, and Austria. Recently, I have focused on building teams and creating business strategies for newly established or entering companies in the Polish market. Currently, I manage Drees & Sommer Poland, directing international construction teams and projects. I combine technical education with extensive management and organizational development experience. Over the years, I have learned effective intercultural cooperation and building teams based on trust and responsibility.
