I graduated in Biotechnology from Lodz University of Technology in 2016. I partly conducted my thesis during an Erasmus exchange in Camerino, Italy. After defending my thesis, I took advantage of another opportunity offered by the university—a traineeship at the university lab in Sassari, Sardinia, in 2017. After returning to Poland, in 2018, I began working as a Specification and Certification Analyst at McCormick & Company, and after three months became a member of the newly created Certification Team, serving as Certification Analyst. In 2021, I became Certification Team Leader following positive evaluations and organizational trust. In January 2025, I took over as EMEA Regulatory Compliance Team Leader, which I currently hold. In 2024, I completed postgraduate studies in "Sustainable Development and ESG Management" at WSB Merito.
