Summary of the 2nd Edition of the Power of Community Mentoring Program

Mentoring, talent development, and collaboration with industry were the key themes of the gala held on June 17 at the TUL Sports and Education Centre “Sports Bay”. During the event, participants celebrated the completion of the second edition of the Power of Community mentoring program, which connects students with the University’s alumni, and announced the results of the Best Employer in the Łódź Region According to LUT Students 2025 competition.

The event brought together mentors – alumni of Lodz University of Technology, students participating in the mentoring program, as well as representatives of companies and institutions cooperating with the University. The gala provided an opportunity to reflect on the outcomes of several months of collaboration, exchange experiences, and strengthen relationships between students, alumni, the University, and the business community.

For the second time, the Power of Community mentoring program connected students with experienced graduates of Lodz University of Technology. Throughout the program, participants worked on developing their professional and personal competencies, gaining valuable knowledge and practical guidance on career development. During the gala, participants received commemorative certificates and symbolic pins representing their membership in the program community.
