I am a manager, technologist, and leader with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. My professional path has led through various sectors - from the fermentation industry, through beverage and fruit and vegetables, to poultry and dairy. I completed doctoral studies in food technology and nutrition, and also obtained master's degrees in biotechnology and management, supplementing them with a prestigious MBA diploma. I developed my knowledge and skills at Lodz University of Technology and at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw.
My actions always focus on innovation, efficiency, and development. As a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer at Kilargo Sp. z o.o., I manage ice cream production, optimize operational processes, and introduce modern technologies. Previously, as the Vice President of the Management Board of Reydrob Sp. z o.o., I had the opportunity to shape the strategy and develop the company in the poultry industry. At Agros Nova Sp. z o.o., I was responsible for research and development of products and implementation of new technological solutions, which allowed me to develop real changes in the functioning of key production plants.
I started my scientific activity at the Institute of Fermentation Technology and Microbiology, where I gained a solid research base. Today, with the perspective of gained experience, I focus on managing complex processes, creating added value in business, and supporting teams in achieving ambitious goals. My goal is continuous development - both my own and the organizations I support.
