I am a graduate of economics and civil engineering. I started my career in the construction industry - for over 15 years I co-managed a family renovation and construction company. At the same time, I worked at Lodz University of Technology as a researcher and was a doctoral student. The next place of work was an Italian company producing building materials, where I had the opportunity to gain experience as a technical manager of product lines.
After 20 years in the construction industry, I decided to change my career path - I became a specialist in purchasing operations at Danfoss Poland Sp. z o.o. For over 3 years, I have been the manager of a 12-person, international, dispersed team in the indirect purchasing department in the shared services center at Danfoss.
In addition, I run projects to improve purchasing processes and a global project regarding the Procure to Pay process. I am fluent in English and Italian, I have a very good command of German and I am currently learning French.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, swimming and travelling with art, culture and history in the background.
