For 40 years, I have been associated with the IT industry and software design. I started my professional career as a research worker at the Institute of Automatic Control of Lodz University of Technology, where I obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. In parallel with my scientific work, I cooperated with IT companies, including Aplikom 2001 and Autodesk. From 1996 to 2015, I was professionally associated with the Ericpol group, where I held various managerial positions. Since January 2016, I have been working in the companies of the Commerzbank Group (CERI International sp. z o.o., Commerz System GmbH, Commerzbank AG), including currently in the branch of Commerzbank AG in Poland, where since 2019 I have been managing the Digital Technology Center of Commerzbank in Lodz. Since the establishment of the Lodz ICT Cluster, I have been participating in its activities, and in 2012-2017 I was the chairman of the task force for education.
