HR Senior Manager

I started my professional career at ABB during student internships in the 3rd year of Mechatronics studies. I continued to work there in the service of electrical switchgear. At the same time, I studied part-time Mechanics and Machine Construction 2nd degree, where in the last year of studies I joined Procter & Gamble. It was a breakthrough in my professional life, because thanks to the management development program I managed to acquire a huge amount of knowledge that allowed me to go further. At the same time, I studied postgraduate management studies at the SGH for additional learning in my free time. This experience allowed me to become a Line Manager and then expand my competences to work with outsourcing and a significant budget. This time was very intense, effective and allowed me for another promotion to the role of Senior HR Manager, where I am currently. In private, I have been a happy father of a daughter for two months.
