I like people because they are the heart of the project. I am guided by this principle in my professional work. I have been working as a project and program manager for over 10 years. The first project experiences are the period of studies and activities in the student government, which I headed in the years 2012-2014.
There I understood that project management and working with people is my path. I gained professional practice in the energy, agriculture, health-tech and digital marketing industries. Confirmation of my competences are Prince2, PMP and AgilePM certificates. I support teams and organizations in achieving business goals through effective project implementation.
As an academic lecturer, I had the pleasure to conduct classes at Lodz University of Technology, the University of Warsaw and the University of Economics in Katowice. Working in project teams, I focus on the team and communication. Currently, as a project manager, I work in the project management office, where I am responsible for managing project portfolios implementing the strategy and building a project culture. I also build my brand - Pan Zaprojektowany - where I spread the project approach to life, because I believe that a goal without a plan is just a wish....
