Managing Director
Julius Koch sp. z o. o.
I was born in Lodz, and I pursue my professional and personal plans here. I graduated from the XXI Secondary School, in the economic class. I was never sure if I was more of a humanist or a scientific mind, but instead of worrying about it, I used my multifunctionality.
I started my studies in 2011 in Textile Engineering, where I was actively involved in the Student Government and Scientific Circles. Then, I completed Materials Engineering, which gave me a broader view of the wide field of textile engineering. I also started doctoral studies in this field.
While still studying, I worked for the British textile company Baltex as a Quality Specialist. In the break before my next job, I managed to experience many adventures, including a trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway. For the next almost five years, I created and developed a sports clothing brand with the boss and the team as the Quality and Innovation Manager. In 2023, I faced an important decision - taking the position of Managing Director in the Polish branch of the German company Julius Koch. Technical textiles have always been close to my heart, so I took on this challenge, giving up the completion of my doctorate. Poland is tasked with developing new products, therefore I was appointed as the Head of the R&D Department, which allows me to use my technical experience and intuition, and soft skills come in handy when performing the function of Director.
