He has been associated with the IT industry since 2004. During this time, he has worked with dozens of companies from the USA, Europe, with the largest interactive agencies in Poland, as well as enterprises from various corners of the world, such as: Japan, Australia or Mexico. In the meantime, he also managed his software house and had the pleasure of co-creating many startups and getting involved in their development.

If he had to define himself in one sentence, he would say that he is an engineer and a humanist who believes that technology can help change the world for the better.

Currently, he is the CEO of a software house specializing in creating individual IT solutions for companies. Inwedo boasts the Great Place to Work certificate and the Family-Friendly Company and Best Workplaces™ Polska 2024 awards, and was also ranked in the FT 1000 2024 as the fastest-growing company in Europe. He was a mentor and expert in Lodz acceleration programs, including Startup Spark and S5 (one of the first 5G technology accelerators in Poland), as well as those run at universities and by the AIP foundation. He also served as a member of the scientific council of the Technical School of Automation and Robot Control, was a startup advisor for the Central European Startup Awards, a finalist in one of the competitions of this organization and a three-time winner of the Regional Ecosystem Hero of The Year award, and a laureate of the Mocni w Biznesie economic award.

He is also a member of the main board of the Polish Hemophilia Association and the president of the Lodz branch of the above-mentioned organization. Through his pro bono activities, he tries to help sick and disabled people, affected, like him, by this serious disease.
